Whether you are a snowbird or just taking off for a couple weeks, we will do a weekly walk-thru and after each storm.  We’ll make sure the heat is on, review the water pressure, circuit breakers, oil/propane levels, check for signs of break in, and visually inspect for weather damage and ice dam backup. You can even set your temperature alarm to call us.

If your property has an issue while you are away, we will meet with claims adjusters, techs and contractors to resolve the issue.  We have been there for clients with burst pipes, cracked boilers, roof damage, crawl space doors that won’t stay closed, neighbors cutting down client trees and even beginning a building project over the property line on the client land. We will make you aware of the problem and be there as needed to address it.

Camps, we also open and close camps each season.  We replace shutters and screens, dig out the BBQ grill and picnic table, set up the sunbrella table, and place the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit.
